The Admiral Fitzroy weather glass has been a bit quiet of late - at least on here, so apologies for the scarcity of traditional, seafarer-based weather reports. However I can inform you it has continued to reliably predict every cold snap, dry period, washout and heatwave since its services were last called upon. However, I noticed a distinct change this morning from the clear, almost crystal free solution - which means very hot - of the past few weeks. The opaque snowflake structures have started gathering on the top of the glass, while the ones at the bottom have grown fatter and started rising to the surface. So what does this mean?
